balance is based in glasgow & offers a full timetable of yoga classes, yoga workshops, yoga for runners, yoga teacher training & other specialist classes for absolute beginners, antenatal (pregnancy) and postnatal (mum & baby) as well as one-to-one private sessions and yearly yoga retreats. balance was formed by mctimoney chiropractors caroline arnott and alan macinnes, and yoga teacher gerry kielty. caroline, alan and gerry have known each other through their chosen fields for several years. through time, it became apparent that not only did they share many of the same patients/students, but also that the philosophy of their disciplines very much complemented each other. caroline, alan and gerry decided to open a centre offering their combined services, but also offering other complementary health treatments/services which support a healthy life(style) philosophy. balance was the first centre of its type to open in the glasgow area. we provide a fully equipped yoga studio with extensi
