there is a huge gap in service provision in the eurobodalla's small villages and hamlets. we want to bring holistic fitness to our home and to support our community as it grows. we are 2 personal trainers who discovered on our own journeys, that there is so much more to a healthy body than just exercise. our team is built of likeminded individuals who have experience in a huge range of fields, and have come together to give you balance. we are here to support our community through our holistic health and fitness programs covering the fundamentals of exercise and various other disciplines, whilst also providing emotional wellbeing and workshops targeted at improving body image, self confidence, wellness and building social networks. offering > personal training > group fitness > ndis services > exercise physiology > physiotherapy > +65 aged care classes
