beijaflor was the first & only brazilian multi-brand fashion boutique concept in south east asia, based in singapore. it was headquartered and operated out of a flagship store in wisma atria mall, on orchard road - singapore's prestigious shopping belt. beijaflor's collection included some of the best of brazilian fashion, which included well known brazilian brands such as cantao, totem, lenny swimwear, carmin, colcci and ellus jeans. beijaflor is a portuguese word which means humming bird. in brazil, “beijo” means kiss, while “flor” means flower, so essentially the humming bird is a bird that goes from one flower to another “kissing” it if you will, to collect the pollen - or fashionable designer wear in this case. beijaflor is a very romantic and poetic word to describe this beautiful bird.
