bms finance is an independent, specialist finance company, focused on lending to uk and northern european smes. bms finance is a relationship lender which aims to assist proven management teams grow and develop their businesses. we don’t compete with traditional factoring, invoice discounting, commercial mortgages or other forms of specific asset based lending but rather have the ability to provide larger and more flexible cashflow lending through senior secured loans. although our lending can sit alongside institutional equity capital backers (venture capital or private equity) we do not require this and commonly back owner-managed businesses.
