business associates europe closed its doors in april 2009. we decided to discontinue our operational activities. this decision was not easy after a very successful 1 ½ year run. during that time we put a lot of hard work, enthusiasm, and motivation into the company. with our endeavor we were not alone. in total more than 20 fellow students from maastricht university supported and shared our common goal to gain valuable experience that gives us the edge. we have come to a crossroad not just in our educational career but also in our life. we discovered that it was impossible to find more motivated students that would continue to work for the business associates europe philosophy and aims. therefore, we decided to close down. during our time we had the privilege to work with companies such as 3m deutschland gmbh, roland berger strategy consultants, smp ag, and many more. we would like to thank them for their trust and perfect cooperation. through these projects we were able to gain practi
