eastern europe partnership and investment association (rytų europos partnerystės ir investicijų asociacija) (further – association) is a public entity, which goal is to coordinate association members’ activities, to represent and to protect interests of the members, or to meet other public interests. goals of association activities: • make better conditions for economic and business cooperation as well as functioning for all forms of ownership in development cooperation in lithuania and eastern europe-based companies; • represent interests of association members’, defend their legitimate interests in the state, community and international organizations; • coordinate actions of association members’ to achieve common goals; • develop an open, civic and democratic society; • coordination of law and governance norms for cooperation and investment; • bring together lithuanian business entities that wish to export their goods and services in eastern europe.
