aged about 38 years, i have over fifteen years of experience in operations management, management consulting, business analysis, business development, and institutional sales. my present assignments include business consultation and director of operations. as a business consultant, i am advising smes for various aspects of business management like strategy formulation and implementation, 4m management, sales and distribution, and supply chain management using policy deployment (hoshin planning) method. i had started my career with m/s rambhad electromagnetic products pvt. ltd. and am currently working as director (operations). my main responsibility in this company pertains to 4m management, the components of which covered under my responsibility are: production planning, supply chain management, estimation and budgeting, tendering (evaluation, processing and bidding), rfp / rfq responses, kpi analysis, and mis creation. my formal education is bachelor of commerce, passed in year 1995
