Business Developer

my carrier started in 1994 as a manager for european projects at the refa association and refa-international in darmstadt, germany. after five years managing transnational projects and consulting assignments, i changed to the emerging technology industry specializing in marketing & sales as well as business development. since 1999, i was more than less involved with development projects within the it & telecommunicaion sector. due to the complexity of hr planning and developing teams and organizations, i extended my organizational skills to adopt an expert tool (leonardo) that helps developing business performances, especially in growing organizations. during the last 10 years, i supported a large number of international companies in expanding and growing their business in germany, swiss and austria.
