Business Fruition

i entered to work force at the tender age of 15 remembering even back then how good it felt to get up, go to work and earn a ‘good days’ pay’. striving to be the best i could be always motivated me to learn as much as i could no matter what it was i was employed to do. i learned very quickly that in order to get things done, i needed the people i worked with on my side. this sense of ‘team’ lead to me join the military and that was the platform that launched me to the absolute realisation that nothing was achievable without order, structure and purpose i spent the next 25 years of my life, both working and personal, living the ideal based on what i had learnt in the military. from that came much success as i was often asked to lead and manage where ever i went. these leadership skills were vital in not only my personal growth but my business growth as well. these principles are simple, yet so effective and what i now instil in my own business. and working together as team, we can insti
