our body holds a wealth of knowledge to support us that in our modern day society we underestimate. our mental health directly impacts our body which is why at business health we work with bodywork techniques to get people out of their busy heads and into their physical felt sense so they can be more effective and productive. with a diverse range of team skills we approach business challenges in new ways working with yogic, shamanic and constellation tools and techniques. we work in both the public and private sectors, with entrepreneurial businesses and charities and privately with individuals. based on the goals of the organisation, our work is carried out through one to one sessions, workshops, corporate retreats or longer stress management and cultural change programs. we offer a 3 hour introduction workshop on body intelligence to experience what we do.
