butler & phillips was set up by friends and cooking addicts toby and chris who have a long and passionate interest in wood fired outdoor cooking techniques using everything from pizza ovens, ceramic kamado bbq’s, parrilla grills, wood pellet grills, kettle bbq’s and gas grills. toby’s background is 20 years as an it sales and technical specialist who enjoys a challenge of working out how to make everyday items better or more efficient while chris has 15 years experience both commercially and technically with wood fired stoves for the home and extensive knowledge around ventilation and extraction methods – not to mention he’s a fantastic cook and pizza maker! chris also has an unbridled interest in how he can improve what’s available today to develop tomorrows technology and get the most from cooking outdoors. we very carefully select the products that we sell to ensure our customers expectations are exceeded by the quality and service from both the manufacturers and ourselves. we treat
