Butler County Port Authority

the butler county port authority provides bond financing and structured financing assistance for profit and non-profit small, medium and large organizations. third party grant management and project management is part of the services offered by the bcpa. under orc 4582 the port authority has a high level of economic development flexibility in the development and management of projects. if the project qualifies sales tax exemption is possible with the bcpa during the construction phase of the building the facility. industrial revenue bonds can be issued by the port. the butler county port authority can collaborate with state and federal agencies in project development including the ohio epa and the ohio rail development commission.
