easy intervals enables the most effective workout, giving you maximum results in minimum time. we are creating a control unit for exercise bikes that automatically regulates resistance. the control unit receives input from heart rate, wattage, cadence o2 saturation and the interval program. with this system, multiple patients can get tailored exercise at the same time. our solutions are transferrable to any exercise equipment out there, whether it be a treadmill, rowing machine, stairmaster, elliptical bikes, or smart trainers. easy intervals was founded in 2017 by two engineers studying at ntnu school of entrepreneurship. located at the norwegian university of science and technology, easy intervals is utilising top health research to develop the algorithm, which is key for the function of the products. we believe that time should not be wasted, and that modern technology should aid people in achieving better results more efficiently.
