alpha media cares is a program that all of dayton’s alpha media stations participate in with the goal that we use our position as trusted community voices to advocate on behalf of those who may not have one at all. to that end, we make an effort each year to identify specific local issues and provide airtime and exposure to organizations and community members who share that burden and are working to make a difference in those areas. our sincere hope is that we can continue to shed light on the very real needs in our local area, and through collaborative effort and support of existing organizations we can match people who have a genuine desire to help with those who already are working to provide that assistance.
