ecat creates savings by digitising & mobilising the manual gathering of data and transforming it into instantly accessible distributable information. how ecat works: ecat replicates a given set of forms, compliance audits, questionnaires or surveys that are currently run via a legacy system or on paper. it then sends that digital information to a pre-approved mobile device. the user then conducts the process with ease, and when complete, simply submits the data to either our web servers or the clients. ecat receives the information, makes the appropriate calculations, instantly creates meaningful reports, graphs and a set of ‘next steps’ and finally, triggers emails of sensible alerts to whoever and whenever the user decides. ecat helps create a paperless workplace using mobile devices and creates efficient data dissemination through “active drill down” reports and configurable “dashboard” management facilities.
