en el año 2010, se fundó la asociación ecaturaldeas, formada por un grupo de personas preocupadas por las tradiciones, las aldeas y las costumbres gallegas, sobre todo de aquellas que se están abandonando o perdiendo. los principales fines de la asociación son: - promover el conocimiento, estudio y conservación del patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural gallego. - intentar reactivar económicamente las áreas desfavorecidas del rural gallego, fomentando la recuperación de bienes patrimoniales abandonados y de gran valor, historia o tradición. - recuperar, dar a conocer y fomentar los usos y costumbres tradicionales. - fomentar el respeto por el medio ambiente y rural. nuestro trabajo es seguir catalogando, buscando aldeas y actualizando toda la información sobre las aldeas abandonadas de galicia que ya hemos estudiado. todo esto, con el fin de dar difusión e información para futuras iniciativas de recuperación. ponemos en contacto a profesionales y personas comprometidas con el medio rural
