our inspiration to combine a labour hire business with our training services comes from our combined 20 years of experience working in remote locations in the northern territory and seeing the lack of quality training in both urban and remote locations. we had heard many stories of indigenous people saying they need training to help get into jobs and this provided us the full understanding of the disparity between what indigenous people faced in remote communities and what our clients demanded within industry. our experience ensured that ecb developed a service wrapped around our clients' needs and that we provide opportunities for local workers and also build a well-trained and reliable workforce for our industry clients.
