teachers as leaders club is a monthly integrative membership program held during planning and nap times where our master ece personal and professional transformation coaches hold live virtual training rooms for teachers 3x a month. we take a deep dive into that month’s area of awareness as we coach, guide, and cultivate an introspective habit while developing the metacognition skills that equip an ece teacher with the skills, tools, and fortitude to navigate not only the demands and challenges of early care and education environment it elevates leadership skills amongst co-teachers, parents and within relationships by scaffolding emotional resiliency and equity. our program is a leading differentiator in early care continuing education unlike any other.
