ecf services specialise in cushion replacement. with our easy to use “collection pack” simply request a pack. when it arrives via 2nd class royal mail, simply remove yourself sofa cushion covers, place them in the mailing sack which is in the collection pack. once this is done, call or email our office to organise the collection. once we receive the covers, we call you to discuss your firmness preference and provide a quote. here at ecf we are so confident in our products, we even offer a satisfaction guarantee. if you decide it’s not for you, we simply mail them back to you at the price of delivery via the post office. if you are within a 15 mile radius of our office in horsham, we’ll even come to your house and do the measuring for you. along side the cushion replacement service, we also offer a wide range of bespoke memory foam mattresses with up to a 7 year guarantee.
