established in 1995 iron vein steel sculpture and creative metalwork (http://www.ironvein.co.uk) is the partnership of two designer makers specializing in steel sculpture and furniture treated for exterior or interior siting, and we service our clients' needs internationally from our studio in welshpool, uk, near the wales / shropshire border, we are passionate about our vocation and derive great pleasure from our work, which manifests itself in our desire to create high quality finished pieces, and the satisfaction of our clients. we design and make all the work we offer, and are hands on throughout the entire process from conception to consignment. our aim is to provide pieces that are simple, beautiful, long lasting and low maintenance - everything we ourselves would want. from initially theatre and fine arts backgrounds we have developed our practice into what it is today by learning to incorporate new skills ranging from traditional blacksmithing to the latest cad/cam technology.
