echelon group (formerly echelon it solutions) is a consulting organization with two distinct specializations. echelon group provides it consulting services to organizations in the greater toronto area as well as “community building” consulting to communities in canada and worldwide. community building – focusing on "healthy community", a community approach to dealing with social issues, we work with communities that want to go a bit deeper, communities that are looking to move past chronic social conditions. we believe that a community-based approach to dealing with all social issues will ultimately lead to determining and dealing with the root causes. we help communities to focus on root cause determination and resolution. while this approach has been utilized by organizations in a business environment, we feel that it is time to “turn it up a notch” and begin to look at an entire community approach to wellness. it consulting – echelon group provides consulting services to organizatio
