barbados employers' confederation (bec), founded in 1956 is a membership based private sector organizations that seeks to represent its members on an array of issues. these include industrial relations, human resources management and occupational health and safety. we also sit on many boards representing the employers' interest and promulgating good industrial relations most recently we unveiled our h r facilitation service, primarily targeted at small and medium enterprises. some of the services extended under offering are: - maintaining accurate files (quarterly) - internal reviews/audits (documents and employees) - preparation of internal correspondence and much more. we also provide training and development programs; open enrollment and customized internal programs are offered. we also frequently hosts open forum sessions, which are free of costs for our members and only $25.00 for non-members. the theme of these programs span from "perfecting productivity schemes" to sexual harass
