the mission of baxter’s bags is to provide the homeless with the items necessary to sustain life on the streets while also educating community members on and advocating for the greater need of homeless assistance. and the vision of baxter’s bags is to successfully outfit members of the homeless community with items to help them feel human, basic essentials such as deodorant, toothpaste, socks, etc. they also aim to provide the homeless with the basic tools to find housing, job, and medical assistance.
