Bim's Flavors

the seed for bim’s flavors started from my early childhood. i remember watching my aunts bake especially around christmas time and special events and i was always excited when i was allowed to participate in the process of making such scrumptious delights. more than anything, i just loved the overwhelming smell of the mixture of sugar, butter and vanilla baking in the oven and the resulting mouth-watering effect it had on me and my siblings. i was even fortunate enough to spend a summer working in my aunt jane's cookie factory- imagine that! - “a baker’s dream”. i ate so many cookies that summer- i felt like i was in heaven! at that moment, i bit from the baking tree and have never looked back.
