in january last year, jordan bowen, then eighteen, founded jacob’s jams and spices ltd, with support from the government’s scheme for start-up loans. later in march, jacob’s jams and spices ltd, was chosen as the face of 10 downing streets press release, representing the food and drink sector for the start up loans company; this has meant a great deal of press coverage, both locally and nationally, with a view for further pr each time a major contract is put into place by the company. at jacob’s jams and spices ltd, we pride ourselves in our vast knowledge and expertise in and around fine teas, condiments and exclusive asian cuisine. collectively, the company is built on over three hundred years of ancient techniques, secret methods and recipes that have been passed from generation to generation, dating back to the mogul rulers of india, in 1857. we continue to practice and keep alive these traditions, having adapted some of the methods and recipes to suit and compliment modern cuisine
