Quit Trip'n

quit trip'n has been a registered 501c3 charitable organization since february 2013. however, we have been holding free community support groups since march 2010 for teens/young adults that are struggling with things such as; peer/family relationships, bullying, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, suicidal thoughts and actions. our groups provide a safe environment for young people to get and give support. all while learning how to build healthy and satisfying relationships with peers. the support that group members have received from their peers and mentors have literally saved hundreds of members from suicide and various types of self harm throughout the past 5 years. creation: the success of our work is based off a relationship model created by our founder david kozlowski who is a licensed marriage and family therapist. movement: quit trip'n support groups have created the foundation for what we are calling a social health movement. social media has created massive change in da
