sayln bridges the gap between teaching and doing leadership though workshops and mentorship. we cultivate a new breed of leaders. the vision of sayln is to see a new breed of young leaders who are responsible, innovative, pioneering and trendsetting leaders for all sectors and communities it is aimed: to ignite the passion and provoke the youth to discover their potential and the contributions they can make in their communities through leadership mentorship and coaching. to embrace the gift of leadership (romans 12 v 8) to empower and capacitate leaders by bringing cutting edge leadership programs (seminars, workshops, development, etc.). to bring youth leaders from across the country to network and share experiences and information. to expose youth leaders to leadership resources those are there to enable them and their organizations to grow. to work with youth leaders to raise the voice of young leaders to all sectors of the country-be it in government, business, religion, politics,
