St Ninian's High School

st. ninian’s high school (manx gaelic: schoill ard noo ninian) is a secondary school located in douglas, on the isle of man. the school is set over two different sites, catering for years 7 to 13. there are currently over 1300 students on the school roll. st. ninian’s high school was formed in 1985 after a review took place of secondary education in douglas. students can have the option of studying from a range of over 30 exam subjects delivered by our 15 fantastic departments. the lower school: ‘bemahague site” was opened in september 2012. it is a superb modern building with excellent facilities including two sports halls, astro turf pitch, tennis/netball courts, lanscaped grounds, dance studio, assembly/performance hall, a suite of ict rooms, five science labs and a hydro therapy pool. there are far more facilities than space to list however one major feature is the care taken to ensure all students can enjoy a full and inclusive education on the site. the lower school is home to st
