entrepreneurship is traditionally defined as the process of designing, launching and running a new business, which typically begins as a small business, such as a start up company offering a product or service. entrepreneurs are the ones who lift the economic system of any country. they generate jobs and create employment. if all the youth of india is diverted to seeking jobs in companies and if the supply increases the demand then in no time the youth of india, inspite of being skilled will be unemployed. thus the focus at “roots” is to ensure that youth of today creates their own identity, who has the will to take the risk and generate revenue for himself and in turn create more jobs for indians. this is the only way that the indian ecosystem would grow. we at “roots” believe that entrepreneurship or leadership can be inculcated at an early age when the student is young and ready to explore new ideas. he/ she is ready to challenge their own fears and have the courage to stand by them
