balad is a syrian civil society organization, non-political, non-governmental, and non-profitable works on serving syrian citizens inside syria and abroad through working in the relief, economics, social and educational tracks. the general authority is consider as the highest institution in the organization, which is mainly based to elect directors council, who is developing appropriate plans for the organization’s work, and follow the executive management business which is directly responsible on the implementation of the organization’s plans and programs. balad organization has a main office in gaziantep city and hq office in the city of azaz, in addition to support office in the town of sarmada in the northern countryside of idlib. balad syria organisation registered in turkey as suriye vatan geliştirme derneği, and as balad organization from the syrian interim government and the council of free aleppo.
