under the slogan "nothing about us without us", the association suntautist - autism explained by autistic people is a non-profit initiative created by autistic people to support autistic people and families with autistic members by creating and facilitating informational, socio-economic and cultural resources. the goal of suntautist - autism explained by autistic people is to create resources in romanian for a romania where every autistic person can say suntautist and receive the support they need. the association suntautist - autism explained by autistic people aims to improve the understanding of the autism spectrum in romania, thereby fostering acceptance, reducing stigma and eliminating the blinders of neurodiversity. through personal experiences, in-depth studies and authentic interviews, we present neurodiversity through the eyes of an autistic person, with all its nuances, raise questions and seek answers together.
