bà & me is a casual restaurant serving authentic vietnamese cuisine in the upper delaware valley. whenever possible, our small and seasonal menu sources the freshest ingredients from local farms and purveyors. owner and chef nhi mundy was born in vietnam and immigrated to america with her parents after the vietnam war. she grew up working at her parent’s restaurant before relocating to new york city to attend the fashion institute of technology. in 2012, she and her husband left manhattan to live fulltime in their catskills weekend home. it was then that nhi felt the lack of healthy, ethnic food options in the area and was inspired to create bà & mẹ.
