we work with all ages, all levels and all bodies while tailoring each class to suit your specific needs. all yoga classes are offered on a sliding scale and all of our teachers are trauma-informed and ryt certified. some of the communities we work with: • brain injury survivors and their caregivers • overworked university students • corporate adults • kids and teens • underserved populations in and around the gta: women's shelters, rehab clinics community centres, hospitals programs we offer: • hatha yoga/vinyasa • yoga nidrā • chair yoga • restorative yoga • natural movement and functional mobility practices • meditation and breathwork • art therapy (painting, beginner embroidery and photo walks)
