b-open was founded in 2004 aiming to design, develop and market high quality software products and services based on innovative technologies. all b-open's applications have been designed and implemented on 'jplaton tm' which is a proprietary development platform for open and distributed applications built on java. this new technology endeavor, introduced the mlp – multi layered programming model which facilitates long-term application lifecycle management. b-open’s first application was 'jvtc', designed especially for vehicle inspection technical centers, a solution which offered to the company a significant market share and a leading position in this market. since 2008 b-open has been constantly investing in cloud computing technology, becoming a technology pioneer in cloud and migrating its expertise and software solutions to this new technology. in 2012, b-open launched comidor, a business cloud software suite that offers enterprise collaboration and task management, document manage
