b think do® consulting and coaching trains people based on a methodology that uses the engineering + coaching tools to face both professional, organizational and personal challenges. our business lines are executive or organizational coaching, integral coaching and business coaching for entrepreneurs. our methodology is based on 3 main pillars. first: focus on the person or team, that is, on what moves them, the purpose. second: focus on the design of the solution (smart goals) using project methodologies and continuous improvement (lean, design thinking, pdca, etc.) third: focus on execution to turn the design into an implementation with measurable results. we do not work with clients, we work with people who have all the potential within them to achieve what they propose.
