hi, welcome to my page! here you can find all you need to know about the amazing, friendly and caring b you fitness community. my name is rae, and i have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, i have now taken my classes online, and host weekly fun fitness, yoga and pilates classes via zoom, there is something for everyone, all ages + abilities are welcome. i also offer covid secure face-to-face classes in nantwich when restrictions allow, as well as corporate group training and 1-1's. fitness should be accessible to all, and most importantly it should be fun. i hope to deliver fun sessions to help get you moving, but also once you join my classes you become a part of my lovely b you community. no pretensions, just amazing and caring people who are there to support one another on our own unique journeys!
