our mission is to provide an inclusive space for all people to honor their authentic selves and encourage a healthy mind, body, and soul. our goal is to provide a supportive space for people to express themselves and feel empowered to manage all of life's hiccups. we provide mental health counseling and art therapy, with the inclusion of yoga philosophy. we provide meditation, breathwork, and asana classes stemming from yoga philosophy. the most important value we hold is "do no harm." co-founder yoga chanti says, "leave the world a little prettier than you found it." our hope is to make the world a better place by giving our community the space, skills, and encouragement they need to make life a little easier, and in turn, the world a little brighter.
