baber environmental assistance and remediation llc will primarily focus on helping the small oil and gas operator. i plan to use my 15 years of environmental compliance experience in the e&p (devon) and midstream (dcp midstream) sectors to provide a comprehensive service that allows small operators to be in compliance. by using my consortium of providers small operators would not require a full time staff to maintain compliance. i can efficiently and effectively assess compliance then, if necessary, manage restoring it. my billing structure gives me incentive to be efficient, do what is necessary, and get on to the next project. in both the midstream and e&p sectors air issues take the most attention, followed by spcc, waste, and remediation. i have built a solid relationship with the agencies that administer the applicable rules (odeq, tceq, nmed, wydeq, epa, and doj). for spill management we offer, timely reporting, proper cleanup, and the ability to meet the requirements of the la
