i specialize in outdoor photography - portraiture of animals and humans, sports photography and weddings - and custom graphic and web design. i don't believe in artificial lighting used in photo studios. i do use a small flash to lighten up faces when we are outside, but it is so weak, that it doesn't look artificial. the sunlight is the most flattering light you could wish for, and nature gives us so many lovely backgrounds and places, so that i enjoy taking any kind of portraits outside, preferably in an area where the person/animal feel most comfortable in. maybe a park, where the couple has met, or where he proposed to her.
