after going through your items and seperating what we are in need of, we will add up each item at the price we will sell it at. the customer will get 40% of that total in store credit loaded onto a gift card right when we are done. for nice furniture items we offer 50% credit or 40% cash if they are clean and on the cash list at that time. all credit and cash for items is given immediately, the customer does not wait for it to sell.
