the mission of baby steps is to empower pregnant women at auburn university with resources and a support system that will give them the freedom to have their education and their baby. picture for a moment a college student finding out that she is facing an unplanned pregnancy. can you imagine the thoughts racing through her mind as she prepares to make one of the hardest decisions of her life? this is a reality for many young women here at auburn university and across the country who get pregnant during their college years and face the fear of a child ruining their hopes and dreams of getting an education and entering into the world as a professional. our goal at baby steps is to provide a home with resources and a support system for pregnant and parenting women attending auburn university in order to give these women the freedom to have both their education and their baby. while many universities offer medical resources, the support usually dissolves after childbirth, leaving women un
