we established baby steps nannies in 2017, we decided to create an agency as a mother and daughter duo using both our knowledge of recruitment: coming from debbie’s 20+ years in the recruitment industry, and lou’s personal nanny experience of looking after children, and dealing with parents and families first hand. we aim to provide a personable, friendly and bespoke service for both nannies looking for a position, and families who want to provide seamless care for their children. we understand just how important your childs happiness and wellbeing is to you, therefore our candidates are all meticulously matched to both the children and the parent’s needs. we pride ourselves on our unique and personal service to ensure that your specific requirements are perfectly matched. we are also providing an emergency child care service as we fully appreciate life doesn’t always go to plan!
