Back Home Initiative

back home initiative (bhi) was established on 11th december 2019 as a non-government and nonprofit organization solely structured to help transform the future of our nation by channelling ideas and resources back home across states. back home initiative works at 3 levels of organization which includes global, regional, and country. bhi presence across its organization consisting of a team of management experts and administrative staff. the organization works closely with both private and government partners and ministries. at back home initiative, we are powering careers and helping dreams come true by applying our passion for people beyond basic education to support not just the boy-child, but our youths in general. our priority is boy-child empowerment with other areas of focus such as technical and vocational training - tvet, rehabilitation, youth empowerment, and mental health awareness.
