formerly ql claw llc, back muscle solutions was founded to develop the best massage therapy tools and back muscle optimization solutions. our founder suffered 5 years of crippling back pain, and was disappointed with the void of products to fill his need - tools that offer versatile deep tissue massage for low back, hip, and glute muscles. he set out to scratch his itch and create a product, and ql claw was born. ql claw was founded on two simple criteria: 1) design the best quadratus lumborum muscle release tool, and 2) carry over the muscle release aspect to as many other muscles as possible. not only did we achieve these criterium, but we discovered uses for the claw including hip pain relief, posture correction, and beyond.
