Back2schoolival

back to schoolival provides an opportunity for past students of various secondary schools to reunite once more and take part in sporting events, representing their school. the first back to schoolival festival was held on june 6th 2015 and saw 200 ex-pupils taking part in a rugby and netball tournament, hosted at hitchin rugby club and the priory school. the ages ranged from 17-late 40’s and saw a blend of seasoned pro’s who have played for years, to those taking to the field for the first time since leaving school! in total 10 schools from north hertfordshire were represented: stratton school, hitchin boys school, the knights templar school, fearnhill school, highfield school, john henry newman, st christophers, harlington upper school, samuel whitbread and the priory school. in 2015, the lead charity was the north herts sanctuary, who provide temporary housing for those in need via their hitchin shelter. the sanctuary was a really worthy cause and throughout the whole day, back to sc
