"we grind harder" founded in canada in 2006 and expanding to the usa in 2008, backside five was created on a simple vision of producing premium apparel focusing on eco-friendly platforms. as a lifestyle company, we bring unique, high quality designs to the core market that appreciates what's fresh and fashionable. we provide a premium brand focused on the nightlife environment, its roots stemming from art, music, and action sports such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, and skateboarding. we're stoked to have the opportunity to give back to the action sports community through associations and sponsorships. a minimum of 1% of our net profit is donated to each of the following charities: surf rider foundation, athlete recovery fund, rob dyrdek foundation, stoked.org and 1% for the planet. the backside five team spans across north and south america. our shirts are strictly manufactured in canada and usa. you can easily find our apparel online or in select specialty shops.
