Backyard Dreams

backyard dreams is a nonprofit education fund empowering girls in mexico rescued from abusive and impoverished contexts to pursue collegiate and career training opportunities once they age out of the mexican orphanage system. through grassroots fundraising efforts centered around creative community compassion, we create scholarships for these young women who have experienced systemic, sexual, emotional, and physical abuse so they can work toward their dreams. the education fund is managed in partnership with the international community foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit grant-making organization.
