bacr - bulgarian association of clinical research is an independent non-governmental organisation, founded in 2003 in sofia, bulgaria. it is a country-level organisation unifying and representing the interests of pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations (cros), experts and professionals, involved in the field of clinical research in bulgaria. bacr has the following objectives: • to maintain high standards when performaning clinical studies. • to ensure strict compliance with the bulgaria, eu and international regulations. • to ensure that the local regulation is compliant with the international requirements and practice. • to ensure that patients in bulgaria are treated with accessible, effective and safe medicines.
