baesphere is a career and community development collective serving young black and asian students, professionals, and allies. we translate black and asian entertainment (bae) hobbies - anime, k-drama, and hip-hop – into professional narratives and passion projects that get bae students and professionals noticed and hired! the insecurity of lacking experience causes many candidates to self-eliminate before applying. this is especially true of individuals from marginalized communities, who lack representation and role models across a diverse career landscape. by using the award-winning, innovative personal branding and career fit tools of youmap®️ and hobbystories™️, baefans will see their strengths, values, skills, personality, and true interests aligned in their career for the first time. further, baesphere services its audience by offering resume review, interview prep, cover letters, video pitches, linkedin strategies, internships, and job opportunities.
