Bags of Love Utah

utah’s youth are often sent the message that they are too young to grasp the social problems that exist within their community and, as such, couldn’t be impactful in ameliorating them. most volunteer organizations don’t take on kids help until ages 16 plus. bags of love utah feels this does everyone a disservice. with age appropriate education on these issues, not only can kids have a direct impact on helping to fix the societal issues in utah, but the act of service will do wonders for them. community service will boost their self-confidence, show them how helpful one person can be, broaden their horizons to the diversity that exists around them, and give them much needed problem solving skills required for the workplace. each drive we plan will address a need in the community, educate the young participants in an age appropriate manner, and engage the youth in a meaningful project that will help better the situation. bags of love, care and thought will be created and delivered thro
